Title: Saptarishis
Genre: Mythology/ History
Review:
I was reading romance genre since so long and I started reading this book after a short break. This book is a nice blend of mythology, history, and spiritual exploration through the journey of Rudrah, he sets the stage for a narrative that weaves through different time periods, particularly focusing on ancient Hindu history and mythology. Rudra’s life is a journey of self-discovery and awakening. From a young age, he starts experiencing memories from his previous lives. These memories aren't just random flashes; they are vivid and detailed recollections that reveal his deep connections to significant events in history. As Rudrah grows, he realizes that his existence is much more than just living in the present—he is a crucial part of a larger, timeless story.
The novel explores themes of destiny, identity, and the time period between the past and the present. It raises questions about the extent to which the past dictates one's future and whether it is possible to break free from the cycles of history to create a new destiny. The author has used proper descriptions and deep imagination to bring the ancient settings to life, making the readers feel that they are journeying alongside Rudrah. The language is simple and easy to understand. It’s a short read, a novella basically. This book is recommended to those who are interested in stories that combine mythological history with the exploration of spiritual concepts.
