Sometimes, you pick a book to read and end up loving that book. Here I went through the same. It purports to be fiction, it appears to be based on real events. I was feeling that all the incidents are revolving in real life and It’s a non- fiction read based on someone’s real life.
This story revolves around Pablo, a successful, married police officer. He has achieved everything one desires for in his entire life. Later, at a point where one strives for a happy life, retirement, life took a turn and he was shockingly dismissed, divorced, without a home, and with a criminal record. Really? He is such an amazing person. The story is exactly what it is written. Pablo’s wife signed divorce, Pablo was left broken, with a criminal record without being a criminal. He lost everything and everything.
I don’t have any words to describe how beautiful this novel is. I was left with tears while reading this novel. My favourite novel! This story truly depicted the feeling of true love. I feel sad for both.
It really feels sad when I read such heart- wrenching novels. Even after achieving everything and doing everything for everyone, one is left broken.
Everything is perfect being it cover, title, narration, characterisation and everything.
