Title: The Box Office
Genre: Fiction
Review:
One man’s world is crumbling around him. His relentless mental health battle becomes increasingly more complex until, unable to crawl out of the dark tunnel surrounding him, he is sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
When he is placed in a questionable institution which embraces virtual reality practices, a whole new psychedelic world opens up. His brain, weary from drugs, struggles to cope with the purgatory he now faces. The boundaries between reality and fiction are hazy. Kaleidoscopic thoughts fill his medicated brain.
But unless he can survive such experiences, he will never reach the paradise that awaits him in the final box. And he is so eager to get there.
Join him on his eclectic and diverse range of dark and dangerous adventures, and his life-threatening escapades on his journey to paradise, if you can stand the pace.
Filled with black humour, gratuitous sexual activity, and shocking discoveries, The Box Society will be one of the most memorable books you read this year. A book that you will love, desperately love. This book is like an ice on the cake for the ones who like psychological ideologies.
This book has a lot about drugs, drugs people don’t want to talk about but yes Evan did and I finished in one siting. A strange story that will actually test your patience.
A story of sex, drugs and sexual activities. An adult read. The imagination and writing style of Evan is beyond appreciating. Roll up your sleeves and read the book before New Year.
The cover is beautiful which actually grabbed my attention at first.
