I just couldn’t believe that this was a fictional read. I had to but it was very difficult to accept it ! The main protagonist of the story is Kate who is a working as a forensic psychologist. One violent attack changed every minute of her life and she is brought back to her hometown where she is intensely safe and secure. One fine day, something unusual happened and a school girl is missing.
Roman Aguilar, a detective reaches out to Kate for a help as she was a high school psychologist but the case took on a different path, she found herself in the middle of the situation where she is slightly blamed. It’s a very, very, very interesting story with a lot of twists and turns. I loved the powerful attitude of Kate and Tilly, they’re my favourite characters.
The title itself held the strength to make this book an award winning book. I am more excited to read the part-2 of the series. The language building is great, the writing style is appreciated. The cover is classy. I would recommend this book to the people above 15 years of age.
