 Title: Beethoven’s Last Symphony

Genre: Historical Fiction

Review:

A very- very long read. This book is based on a different philosophy and set in the period before the covid. The story revolves around Zoey who visits Singapore to meet her ill aunty and it’s all history that has been told mixed with a saga of literature and Greek mythology. Each section becomes a stepping stone in her quest for existential meaning, exploring themes of love, loss, and the deep complexities of the human experience.

In the beginning, I was connected to the Timeless Love but with the passage of time, I got off the track and went on a different track. Zoey’s exploration isn’t just a literary escapade; it serves as a reflective mirror for readers, inviting them to ponder their own struggles and triumphs. The story reaches a point as Zoey experiences a soul-stirring moment , a moment of profound realization that strikes a chord with the reader’s own introspections.

This novel serves as a string to connect the generation of generations.  The manuscript, a three-part epic left incomplete and neglected, becomes a portal transporting Zoey across epochs, from the Neolithic Era to the contemporary. It was a nice read which could have been divided into 2 parts. This book is recommended to the people of 18 years and above. The title is apt and interesting, sounded more like a romantic read. This book is a heartwarming children's book that revolves around the adventures of Sammi, the squirrel. The plot unfolds as Sammi, after a playful chase with his brother, encounters a pond in the garden. His attempt to quench his thirst takes an unexpected turn, leading to a wet and dirty predicament. Sammi's journey highlights the importance of embracing one's unique qualities and the unconditional love within a family. The book not only entertains but also imparts a positive message about self-acceptance. The characters are relatable, and the lessons conveyed are delivered with a light touch, making them accessible to a young audience.  Title: Metaerie: Saving Rrahmus (Pill and Friends Book 1)

Genre: Historical Fantasy

Review:

This is an absolutely fantastic fantasy novel that dealt with swords and pixies. You’ll enter in the world of Metaerie. The story begins by introducing readers to this magical realm, which is not the typical fairy tale world that I did expect. It is a place brimming with a diverse array of races, creatures, and monsters, each with their own unique histories, features and characteristics.

It’s a nice blend of mythology combined with history, which made the book more interesting to read. One of the strengths of this book is its exploration of the origins of magic in Metaerie, from the divine to the hellish. The presence of heroic figures, ancient magic, and the interplay of swords and sorcery add layers of depth to the narrative and a deep understanding of how this world came into existence.
